We are located in Northeast Cobb County, approximately 20 miles outside Metro Atlanta. The 333 homes in North Landing were built in the late 1970s and early 1980s and are nestled on 1/2 to 1 acre wooded lots. There are traditional and contemporary ranch plans along with two-story traditional style homes, some with basements. Homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2+ baths.
Excellent public and private schools are available. Keheley Elementary school, located in the neighborhood, is ranked 3rd in Cobb County. Kell is a highly ranked high school only a few miles away.
The prime East Cobb location of North Landing is just minutes from shopping and has easy access to the interstate. Beach vacations are just a 5-6 hour drive away, or you can enjoy a retreat to the North Georgia Mountains within a short 1 to 2 hour drive. North Landing has an active Homeowners Association with membership available to all residents and people outside the community. Amenities include a 14-acre lake, a salt water pool, two lighted tennis and pickleball courts, extensive grounds, an 18 hole Disc Golf course, children's play areas, and our North Landing Clubhouse (which is available for rentals).
