NORTH LANDING SUBDIVISION
If you are new to North Landing, the North Landing Homeowners Association (NLHOA) would like to take this opportunity to welcome you! We hope you will enjoy your home in our community. We would like to invite you to consider "Membership" in our Homeowner's Association. Our NLHOA membership offers many benefits and amenities as well as opportunities to meet your new neighbors (see links to the left).
North Landing has no protective covenants in our bylaws. Residents are bound by the Cobb County codes. To see the common codes, visit www.cobbcounty.org .
North Landing has an active Homeowners Association with membership available to all residents and people outside the community. Amenities include a 14-acre lake, a salt water pool, an 18 hole disc golf course, two lighted tennis courts, extensive grounds, children's play areas, North Landing Park, and our North Landing Clubhouse (which is available for rentals).
SCHOOLS
Whether you're enrolling your child for the first time or looking into a new school, our community has some of the best schools in Cobb County. Our neighborhood feeds into Keheley Elementary School, grades K-5; McCleskey Middle School, grades 6-8; and Kell High School, grades 9-12.
