Our homeowners association board members hold voluntary elected positions.
North Landing Homeowner's Association is operated completely by volunteers. Among their many duties, our committees help to plan events, maintain our amenities, provide community service, organize tennis leagues and get the community news out. If you need information on or would like to volunteer for any of these committees, please contact the appropriate person as listed below.
It is because of their time and effort that our neighborhood is kept clean and completely ran by volunteers.

Christy Kaplan is the president of the North Landing Homeowners Association.
The President of our board oversees operations, protects assets, and works with volunteers to keep our neighborhood looking great and running smoothly.
VP of MEMBERSHIP - Karen FOLDS

VP of Membership
Karen Folds is the VP of membership of the North Landing Homeowners Association. She handles all of the new member sign ups, including the issuing of passes and keys. Karen is also responsible for the collection of annual membership dues.
The VP of membership oversees, recruits and organizes memberships and fees.
SECRETARY - LAURA LAHR
Laura Lahr is the Secretary of the North Landing HOA.
The Secretary of the North Landing Homeowners Association maintains the association’s meeting minutes and official records, reviewing and updating documents as required and ensuring they are stored safely and accessible to association members.

The Treasurer of the North Landing Homeowners Association is Ken Jensen. He is responsible for the association’s funds, securities and financial records.
The treasurer oversees billing, collections and disbursement of funds, and coordinates the development of the association’s proposed annual operating budget and reserve allocations.

Our club house chair oversees the rentals of our clubhouse - scheduling, payments/deposits, and maintaining cleanliness.

Ground Maintenance Chair: Jeff Kaplan
Our ground maintenance chair is responsible for overseeing the common property around the lake and clubhouse.
