North landing COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
North Landing has an active Community with memberships available to all residents and people outside the community.
The amenities include:
The salt water swimming pool
Two lighted tennis courts
Two lighted Pickle-ball courts
A 14.7 acre Lake for fishing and non-motorized boating
Horseshoes
An 18 hole disc golf course
Extensive grounds for playing, picnicking and family fun
The North Landing Clubhouse which is available for rentals.
NLHOA membership dues
Our membership is open to the surrounding community - you do not have to live in North landing to enjoy all of our amenities.
Membership is available to all residents and is not mandatory.
Memberships to the North Landing Community are available for single family homes only and are not transferable to a new owner or a new renter.
New Memberships are available year round, but the rate is not pro-rated.
Full Membership year is from April 1st to March 31st.
A three payment option is available for Full Members (3 payments before May 15th).
We accept payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. IMPORTANT; If paying Venmo or Paypal you must include a 3% convenience fee.

Dues are non-refundable.
New members will receive a Member ID Badge and a key for the pool and tennis and pickleball courts.
Renewing members will receive this year’s sticker for their existing badges:
- Your last year’s badges must be presented to join this year.
- There will be a $10 fee per badge replacement.
- There will be a $10 fee per key replacement.
We have three levels of membership for the North Landing Community:
FULL MEMBERS are entitled to use of the swimming pool, tennis courts, lake, playground, horseshoes, disc golf course, and all surrounding grounds and may rent the clubhouse at the member rates.
GROUNDS MEMBERS have access to the grounds and fishing only - no pool, tennis, pickleball or discounted clubhouse rental.
DISC GOLF MEMBERS have access to the grounds and fishing ONLY.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES are paid directly to the North Landing Homeowners Association:

MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS
The rules and regulations noted below are designed to protect the rights of all members to the equitable use of all the amenities. All guests must abide by the same rules as members. All members of the North Landing Community have the rights and responsibility to enforce the rules. The Board will support any member that takes reasonable action to maintain order, ensure the safety of others or to protect property from damage.
To be on the property you must be a member or a guest in the presence of a member.
All members are required to display the Member ID Badge while on North Landing property.
Only one badge is needed for all members of the family on the property at the same time. The only exception is while attending a private function at the clubhouse.
You may be asked to show your membership badge by another while on the property. Please do not take offence to this and confirm you are a member.
Any person without badges, unless they are guests in accordance with the rules, may be asked to leave the premises. This includes members who have forgotten to wear their badges.
Enforcement of these rules is the responsibility of all members and not just the Board. If a North Landing adult member requests a person to leave the premises and that person refuses to do so, the North Landing adult member should immediately call the Cobb County Police, and then immediately notify a Board member of the action taken.
All rules and regulations specifying an adult refers to someone at least 21 years of age. Members 18 to 20 years of age will be referred to as "young adults."
If a Badge or Key is lost or stolen, notify a Board member immediately, and a replacement will be issued upon receipt of a $10 fee per item lost or stolen.
Members who attempt to use this as a means of providing Badges to non-members will lose their membership for one year, upon approval of the Board, and be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $150 at the time of reinstatement. Membership dues are not refundable. This rule will apply to the membership regardless of the age of the offender.
Any non-member found wearing a Badge would have the Badge confiscated and be required to leave the premises. They (non-member) may not return for any reason without the approval of the majority of the Board of Directors.
DO NOT feed the wildlife, specifically geese can increase the population and therefore affect the ecosystem. Geese tend to swarm areas where hand feeding occurs, which can lead to overpopulation and the spread of disease and pollution, affecting both the geese and the entire ecosystem.
No loitering is allowed on North Landing property including, but not limited to, the parking lot.
No firearms of any kind are allowed on North Landing property.
ATV's, motorcycles and other off road motorized vehicles are prohibited from non-paved surfaces.
All North Landing property and amenities are CLOSED daily between the hours of 11pm and 6am, except for the clubhouse rentals or North Landing sponsored events.
North Landing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
North Landing property damage will be charged to the member or guest responsible.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, pool area, clubhouse or on the tennis courts. Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet “droppings” that occur while walking your pet.

The last members leaving the pool need to close the bathroom doors, put down the umbrellas and make sure the gate to the pool is closed and secure.
The land surrounding the lake is North Landing property. Any trimming, cutting or pruning of shrubs must be pre-approved in writing by the Board. These same rules apply to any easement or other association property.
North Landing has a zero tolerance policy against violence, threats of violence, and threatening and/or aggressive behavior.
Violation of North Landing rules may lead to a nonrefundable revocation of membership and/or criminal prosecution.
In the event that the above conditions are not adhered to, the Board may terminate the use of the homeowner's amenities and no refund of dues shall be allowed.
