NORTH LANDING Lake
North Landing Homeowners Association (NLHOA) members may enjoy our 14.7 acre man-made lake.
Fishing is allowed for members with a State of Georgia fishing license. See rules below.
LAKE RULES
Absolutely no swimming is allowed.
Use of the lake is restricted to members of North Landing and their guests. Members MUST accompany guests while using the lake.
North Landing badges must be displayed at all timeswhen fishing or using any other amenities.
Access to and use of the lake is not permitted after 11pm.
Do not throw or move the rocks along the dam side of the lake.
No gasoline motors allowed on lake. Electric trolling motors are acceptable.
All persons 16 or over must have a State of Georgia fishing license and all persons must comply with game and fish commission rules as published.
It is recommended that when fishing in a boat, persons 16 and under be accompanied by an adult.
It is also required that a Coast Guard approved flotation device be provided for each person in a boat.
Fishing with commercially acquired minnows is not allowed.
"Jug" fishing (attaching lines to free floating devices) is NOT permitted.
The dumping of bottles, cans, bait containers and other refuse in the lake, along the bank/shoreline, on or around the dock or parking lot is not allowed.
