NORTH LANDING POOL
Enjoy your summer at the North Landing Pool.
You will find your family, friends and neighbors socializing, swimming and beating the summer heat!
From the wading area to the deep end, our salt water pool provides a comfortable and safe swimming experience.
The pool is available to full membership holders only.
POOL SEASON & Hours
The pool opening will be in the month of May; date will be determined by weather.
Pool will close at the end of September, depending on weather and use.
Pool hours are 6am to 11pm daily.
POOL USE
There are no lifeguards at the North Landing Pool. All full members can use the pool at the allotted times listed above. It is a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK policy.
North Landing Membership Badges MUST BE WORN OR DISPLAYED at all times while at the pool. Members have the right and obligation to question individuals not wearing or displaying a current badge. Guests of members must be accompanied by a member.
We can only ensure our pool is safe and clean with your participation. If you see someone not following the rules, respectfully talk to your community member. It is up to all of us to maintain the pool like it is our own.
When you leave, put down the umbrellas, clean up the area, put the toys away, close the bathroom doors, put full trash bags in the bins by the path to the tennis courts, do what needs to be done to keep it awesome for the next members that come. We are ALL volunteers and welcome your help.
Pool RULES
No glass containers of any kind, no breakable toys, or unsafe objects are allowed in the pool area at any time.
No running, pushing, wrestling, excessive splashing, profanity, or undue disturbances are allowed in the pool area.
No jumping or diving off furniture into the pool.
No diving.
Proper swim attire must be worn in the pool. No cut-off jeans, no frayed clothing.
Children over six years old are not allowed in the wading pool area.
Infants must wear diapers designed for the pool or plastic pants. Any fouling of the pool water will result in minimum of a 24 hour closure of the pool required by the Cobb County Board of Health.
Lifesaving equipment is not to be used as toys.
No chewing gum while in the pool. Please properly dispose of all chewing gum before entering the pool.
The pool will be open for swimming from 6am - 11pm daily.
Children 16 & up can be at the pool without adult supervision from 6am - 6pm. After 6pm, anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pool use may be denied to anyone with colds, coughs, skin ailments, infections, or other malady that may be contagious.
The pool may be closed for necessary maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or any reason deemed necessary by the board.
No cooking is allowed in the pool area.
No pets allowed in the pool area.
Smoking and vaping is limited to the designated area only. This area will be located at the back left corner from the gate. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere else.
This is a family pool and excessive drinking and foul language is not appropriate.
North Landing has a zero tolerance policy against violence, threats of violence, and threatening and/or aggressive behavior.
Violation of North Landing rules may lead to revoking of membership and/or criminal prosecution.
NON-MEMBER GUESTS
North Landing members cannot bring non-member residents of North Landing or Lakeside Park to the pool as guests. No exceptions.
Members between 10 and 20 years old may bring no more than 3 non-member guests.
No more than 4 guests per household are allowed.
