Welcome New Board Members!
Jennifer Moore is our new Secretary of the North Landing HOA for 2021.
Jen and her family moved to North Landing in the summer of 2019. She works at the Smyrna Library in the Adult Services department, and enjoys reading, gaming, and crafting in her spare time.
The Secretary of the North Landing Homeowners Association maintains the association’s meeting minutes and official records, reviewing and updating documents as required and ensuring they are stored safely and accessible to association members.
Jason Cummings is our VP of Disc Golf. He is responsible for all things disc golf related, course upkeep and improvements.

OPEN POSITION NEEDED IMMEDIATELY: New Treasurer starting October 2020. Needs experience or willing to learn QuickBooks.

Lake VP (new position)
In addition, we are looking for another person to help with Clubhouse Rentals and a helper for Membership.
If we don’t fill some of these positions the HOA could be in trouble.

New HOA Board
It will be time to vote for a new HOA Board at the end of the year, as the current board has served this community for the last two years. Ed Stoutzenberger as President, Renae Blair as Secretary, Kali Smith as VP of Membership, and Bitsy Ogata as Treasurer have volunteered their time and energy to help create a wonderful, neighborly environment for all of us to live in. We were missing a VP of Grounds these last two years, so Ed and his team absorbed those responsibilities as well. Each board position is unique and future posts will highlight some of the different aspects of each position. In the meantime, please consider helping us out by volunteering in one of these important board positions for the year 2021.

Important Reminders!
Just a reminder that the pool will be closed today, July 30th. while the NL Clubhouse ROOF is being replaced!!!
Once the work is complete, the pool will reopen.
Also, on Saturday, August 1st, there will be a Disc Golf Tournament on the North Landing property. The Tournament has maxed out at over 70 players. Parking will be limited. There will be extra Parking on the lawn by the firehouse. And, any overflow will have to park on North Landing Way. The tournament will start at 8:30 am and will go for the entire day.

We are in the process of having signs made up that follow the governor's strict COVID19 rules.
Once the signs are made and posted, our pool will open.
Please know that these rules are subject to change as the State and County situation changes.
As per the Governor...
Public swimming pools will be allowed to open under the same strict guidelines that apply to other places, the governor's office confirmed.
Join us tonight as we give everyone updates about our membership numbers and pool expected opening date. May 18th at 7pm at the clubhouse.
In an effort to address any concerns and answer questions about the pool opening's COVID19 rules... the North Landing neighbors who are currently VOLUNTEERING to be your HOA Board Members would like to hold a neighborhood meeting on Monday, May 18th at 7:00 pm.
At that time the current membership numbers and subsequent financial status of the HOA will be shared with all those attending.
